2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients are responsible for scheduling and confirming service appointments with us. We understand that plans may change, so we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due as outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods, including cash, checks, and electronic payments. If payment is not made in full by the due date, a late fee of $25 will be added for every two-week period that the payment remains outstanding. Services may be suspended if payments are not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring that the property is accessible at the time of service
- Notifying us of any special requirements or hazards on the property
- Safeguarding pets, valuables, and other personal items during service
5. Liability and Insurance
Elite Landscaping & Lawn Service LLC carries all necessary licenses and insurance to perform our work safely and professionally. We strive to perform all services with the utmost care and attention; however, we are not liable for any damages caused by uncontrollable events, such as severe weather. Any claims related to property damage should be reported within 24 hours of service.
6. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to adjust our service offerings, pricing, or scheduling policies as needed. We will make reasonable efforts to inform clients of any significant changes in advance.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with adequate notice. Clients must settle any outstanding payments before termination is finalized. Elite Landscaping & Lawn Service LLC reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment or violations of these terms.
